Patrick Colemont was born on the 12th of April 1961 in Hasselt in Belgium. His godfather proposed to name him Yuri, given the historical flight by Gagarin that day. Over the years, Patrick became more and more fascinated with the Russian cosmonaut, who was the first man in space. He started by buying a postcard of Gagarin, signed by Yuri himself. This became the first piece of a private collection of memorabilia that has now over 500 items. On this site, Patrick will share images of a variety of pieces, as a way to pay tribute to Yuri Gagarin and commemorate the historic day of April 12th, 1961.
